These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of pythonicthinking.com and your purchase of digital products from Pythonic Thinking (“we”, “us”). By using the website or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Delivery Policy, and Cancellation Policy.

1. What We Sell

We sell digital educational products — including Complete Python in Jupyter Notebook Mastery (23 Jupyter Notebook modules, projects, challenges, and related files) — delivered electronically. Nothing physical is shipped. Product contents, curriculum, and pricing (in INR, currently ₹999) are described on the website at the time of purchase.

2. Payments

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹ INR).
• Payments are processed by secure third-party payment gateways (such as Cashfree or Razorpay). We do not collect or store your card, UPI, or banking credentials.
• An order is confirmed only after the payment gateway reports a successful payment.

3. Delivery

Products are delivered digitally, immediately after successful payment, as described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. You are responsible for providing a correct email address at checkout.

4. Your Licence

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, lifetime licence to use the materials for your own learning. You may:

• Use the notebooks on any of your own devices, indefinitely;
• Modify and run the code for personal study and personal projects;
• Use skills and code patterns you learn in your own work.

You may not:

• Share, resell, sublicense, rent, or redistribute the files or download links;
• Upload the materials to public repositories, file-sharing sites, or group drives;
• Use the materials to create a competing course or product;
• Remove branding or claim the materials as your own work.

All content remains the intellectual property of Pythonic Thinking and is protected under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957. We may revoke access and pursue remedies in cases of violation.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

Because products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final once delivered, with limited payment-error exceptions described in our Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy.

6. Disclaimers

The materials are provided for educational purposes “as is”. We continuously improve them but do not warrant they are error-free. Learning outcomes (jobs, placements, salaries) depend on your effort and circumstances — we make no guarantee of specific results. Nothing on this site is professional, financial, or career advice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for issues caused by third-party services (payment gateways, email providers, hosting) beyond our reasonable control.

8. Website Use

You agree not to misuse the website — including attempting to bypass payment, probe or disrupt our systems, or access other customers' data. We may update the website, prices, and product contents at any time; changes do not affect purchases already completed.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
