Cancellation Policy

This policy explains if and when an order with Pythonic Thinking can be cancelled. Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, cancellation works differently than for physical goods — please read this before purchasing.
1. Why Orders Can't Be Cancelled After Delivery
Delivery happens within seconds of payment: your download becomes available immediately and a copy of the access details is emailed to you. Once digital files have been made available to you, they cannot be “returned”, so orders cannot be cancelled after successful payment and delivery.
This is why we publish the complete module-by-module curriculum, real product previews, and transparent pricing before checkout — so you can decide with full information.
2. Before Payment Is Completed
You may abandon checkout at any time before completing payment — nothing is charged and no order is created. Closing the payment page mid-way does not create any obligation.
3. Payment Errors Are Different
Cancellation is not the same as a payment problem. If money was deducted but you received nothing, or you were charged twice, you are covered by our Refund Policy — these cases are reviewed individually and genuine payment errors are refunded. Examples:
- Duplicate or multiple charges for the same order;
- Payment deducted but no order created or no delivery received;
- Any payment-gateway error verified by the gateway or your bank.
4. How to Raise an Issue
Email pythonicthinking@gmail.com with your name, the email used at purchase, your Order ID or payment reference, and a short description. We respond within one business day (Monday – Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST) and resolve verified payment issues per the Refund Policy timelines.
5. Our Commitment
